Guidelines for Parent Volunteers for Madresah Fakhriyah (Atlanta)

1.  The Niyaaz should be made for 3 thaals and milk or juice must be brought for the mid-snack break (20 children + teachers)

2.  The parent must put the sujni for the Bhaisab and bhensab prior to Madresah starting

During Madresa Responsibility

1.   Responsible for making any copies the teachers need

2.   Preparing and distributing mid break milk

3.   Make sure children are going to the next period in a timely manner

4.   Make sure the garbage cans have a trash liner in them

End of Madresa

1.  Prepare thaals for the students for Niyaaz

2.  Wash Thaal and any utensils that are used during the madresa for snacks

3.  Make sure garbage is picked up and disposed of properly

4.  If the garbage cans are full remove garbage bag and replace with new trash liner

5.  Fold Sujni and put back in the cabinet
